After months of dedicated teamwork, the H4 workshop of Luoyang Hefeng’s Phase II project in Luoyang Smart Home Industrial Park successfully installed its final beam on August 12, marking a key structural milestone.
Hefeng’s Phase I plant commenced full-scale operations in early 2025, with Phase II construction launching simultaneously. The newly topped-out workshop is on schedule for completion by end of 2025, with production expected to begin in 2026. Once fully operational, the expanded facility will double the company’s production capacity and footprint.
As a key city project, the Luoyang Smart Home Industrial Park will integrate:
- A carbon-neutral smart manufacturing base
- An AI-driven logistics zone
- A cross-border e-commerce hub
- A modern exhibition and conference center
Upon completion, the park is set to accelerate Pangcun’s economic growth and empower traditional industries to transition into high-value, tech-driven production.
