To guarantee that perfect, seamless finish, we invested in 10 precision coating lines from Germany. At their heart are Swiss GEMA spray guns, which work with robotic accuracy to ensure every micron of coating is applied with consistent, uniform smoothness.
No matter the cost of power and pure water required, Hefeng never compromises on the painting process. Every piece travels through pretreatment in our 9-stage cleaning and phosphating system. This process removes impurities and deposits a zinc phosphate layer which significantly enhances powder adhesion and corrosion resistance.
